3. Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information for custom orders, including names, numbers, sizes, colors, quantities, artwork, deadlines, and any other requested details.

When design approval is provided before production, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing all details. This includes spelling, layout, names, numbers, sizing, and overall design accuracy.

Once a custom order has been approved and moved into production, changes, cancellations, or refunds may not be possible.

Harper Threads is not responsible for errors approved by the customer or for incorrect information submitted during the order process.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific custom order or invoice arrangement.

Harper Threads reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if pricing, product information, or availability is found to be incorrect or if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

5. Production and Fulfillment

Many Harper Threads products are printed or produced on demand. Production times may vary depending on order size, design requirements, seasonal volume, supply availability, and other factors.

Any estimated turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.

6. Shipping and Local Delivery

Harper Threads offers shipping and, where applicable, free local delivery within designated areas such as the Antelope Valley.

Shipping times may vary by carrier and destination. Harper Threads is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages caused by the carrier, or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Local delivery scheduling may vary based on route planning, order volume, holidays, or other business needs.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because many items are custom and made to order, custom orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.

Return, refund, replacement, and cancellation requests are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund / Returns Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that policy.
