At Harper Threads, every order is made with care and fulfilled as efficiently as possible. Because many of our items are made to order, shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the order type, quantity, and production needs.

Production Time

Most items are printed on demand after an order is placed and, when needed, approved. This means your apparel is made specifically for your order rather than pulled from existing inventory.

Production time may vary based on:

  • order size
  • design complexity
  • customization details
  • seasonal demand
  • current order volume

If your order has a specific deadline, we recommend reaching out before placing the order or including your timeline in your custom order request.

Shipping

We offer shipping for customers outside our local area. Once your order is completed and packaged, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and time of year. Please note that shipping time does not include production time.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Harper Threads is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered by the customer.

Local Delivery

We proudly offer free local delivery within the Antelope Valley.

Local deliveries are typically made one to two days per week, usually on Mondays and Thursdays. Delivery timing may vary depending on order volume, route scheduling, holidays, or other business needs.

We will coordinate delivery as needed and do our best to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner.

Order Tracking and Communication

For applicable orders, shipping updates or order communication may be provided once your order is on the way or ready for delivery.

If we need additional information about your order, delivery, or timeline, we may contact you using the information provided at checkout or during the custom order process.

Delays

While we work hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, delays can occasionally happen due to high order volume, supplier issues, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

We appreciate your patience and understanding, especially during busy seasons or for larger custom orders.
