At Harper Threads, many of our products are made to order and often customized specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our work, we ask that customers review all order details carefully before submitting an order.
Custom Orders
Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of custom apparel, custom orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.
This includes items with custom names, numbers, photos, team details, business branding, special event designs, or any other personalized elements.
We may reach out for approval before production when needed. Once a custom order has been approved and moved into production, changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds may not be possible.
Non-Custom Items
For non-custom items, return or refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition to be considered.
Customers should contact us within a reasonable time after delivery if they have a concern about a non-custom item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Harper Threads as soon as possible after receiving your order.
When reaching out, please include:
- Your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos showing the problem
If the issue is confirmed to be due to an error on our end, we will review the situation and work to make it right, which may include a replacement or other appropriate solution.
Order Approval Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before approving custom designs or submitting an order. This includes spelling, names, numbers, sizes, colors, quantities, and shipping information.
Harper Threads is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer or submitted incorrectly during the ordering process.
Cancellations
Because many orders are processed quickly and made to order, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we may be able to review the request. Once production has begun, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Shipping Issues
Harper Threads is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, or delivery issues outside our control.
If you experience a delivery problem, please contact us and we will do our best to help point you in the right direction.
