Getting started is easy. You can place an order directly through our store if the product is already listed, or contact us for a custom order for your team, business, school, or event.

If your order requires custom details, we’ll gather the information we need, such as design ideas, names, numbers, sizes, colors, or any other details specific to your project.

2. We Review the Details

Once your order or request is received, we review everything carefully to make sure we understand exactly what you need. If needed, we may reach out to confirm details, answer questions, or make sure your design direction is clear before moving forward.

Our goal is to make sure the process feels simple and that everyone is on the same page before production begins.

3. Design and Approval

For custom apparel orders, we create or prepare the design based on the information provided. Before printing, we will reach out for approval as needed to ensure everything looks right.

We want you to feel confident in your order before it goes into production.

4. Print On Demand

Once the order is approved and ready, we print your apparel on demand. This means your items are made specifically for your order rather than sitting in inventory. This helps us keep things personal, flexible, and focused on the needs of each customer.

Because items are made to order, production times may vary depending on the size and type of the order.

5. Shipping or Local Delivery

After production is complete, your order will either be shipped or delivered locally, depending on what works best for your order.

We proudly offer free local delivery within the Antelope Valley. Local deliveries are typically made one to two days per week, usually on Mondays and Thursdays.

For customers outside our local area, we ship directly to your door.

6. Receive Your Order

Once your order is complete, you’ll receive custom apparel made with care and created to represent your team, business, school, or event with pride.
